This piece of walnut has beautiful color and grain. And it looks even better paired with this blue epoxy. Epoxy is hard and durable, but will scratch like wood when used as a cutting board. 
Ends are tapered for easy pick up. 
Finished with cutting board oil and wax. Retreating periodically with cutting board oil /wax is recommended to keep it from drying out. 
Cleans with a gentle hand wash.
